Banned Keyword Found Error

The "Banned keyword found — Error Code 6001" error appears when Freedom's spam filter detects a word or phrase in a form submission that matches its list of blocked terms. This can occasionally flag legitimate submissions.

Common examples of phrases that may trigger this error:

  • You have been selected
  • No purchase necessary
  • Double your cash

If a visitor receives this error on a legitimate submission, contact the Customer Care team. The team can provide a list of commonly blocked strings and keywords, or adjust the filter settings for your site.
