Accrisoft Freedom allows for the export of multiple invoices as individual PDFs. This article details the procedure for printing these individual PDFs as a batch.
The Accrisoft Freedom Invoices Module provides an option to download multiple invoices at one time.
The system will process the selected invoices on the server and email a link to the admin to download a .zip file that includes all the invoices.
These invoices are provided as individual PDFs included in the archive.
Once unarchived, a folder with all of the individual invoices included in it is created.
Follow the instructions below to batch print multiple invoices at one time in Microsoft Windows.

Note: We have found on some systems that the free Adobe Reader is a prerequisite for this process to be successful. You can find the free Adobe Reader here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ If required on your system, Adobe Reader should be installed before beginning the process outlined below and made the default PDF viewer on your Windows machine.
Open Printers & scanners in Settings
Open the Windows 'Settings' application and navigate to the 'Printers & settings' section.
Ensure the printer you wish to print on is the Default printer and click the 'Open Queue' button.
This will open the Printer Queue' window. This window will be empty if there are no print jobs pending.
Next, open the folder that contains the Invoice PDFs you wish to print in bulk. Multiple select all of the invoices you wish to print in bulk.
To select all of the files in the folder, use the 'Control-a' keyboard shortcut.
Drag and drop the selected files into the Print Queue.
Note: This will only work if all of the documents are of the PDF file type. If you have included any other file type in this batch (like .doc or .txt) the process will not work.
Windows will ask you if you are sure you want to print multiple file. Click 'Yes' to proceed.
The PDFs will be sent to the printer and printed in one batch.
