File Manager Error

This File Manager error is almost always caused by logging in using an internal staging URL instead of the site's secure public URL, or by an incorrect protocol in the browser's address bar. Follow the steps below to resolve it.

  1. Make sure you are logging in using your site's secure public URL, not the internal staging URL.
    • Example internal URL: www.asoft000123.accrisoft.com/example
    • Example secure URL: www.yoursite.com
    Log in by navigating to www.yoursite.com/admin. Once logged in, try accessing the File Manager module again. If the error continues, move to step 2.
  2. Check the protocol in your browser's address bar. If the URL begins with http://, change it to https://, or vice versa. Reload the page and try again.
  3. If the error persists, submit a support ticket to the Customer Care team.
