This File Manager error is almost always caused by either using the asoft URL or by having the wrong protocol on the URL. Try taking the steps described below:
- Make sure you are using your site's secure URL to log in, not the asoft URL. The secure URL will typically be your site's public-facing address.
-
- Example asoft URL: www.asoft000123.accrisoft.com/exmple
- Example secure URL: www.examplesite.com
- Then log in to your site via the secure URL by adding "/admin" to the end (www.examplesite.com/admin). This will take you to the login page for your site. Once you are logged in, try accessing your File Manager module as you normally would. If the issue continues, move on to step 2.
-
- Try changing the protocol of the URL on the page with the file manager error. In the URL bar of your browser, if you see the URL start with "http://", try changing this to "https://". If you see the URL start with "https://", try changing this to "http://".
