To create a sign-up form:
1. Navigate to Website -> Forms
2. Click on the Web Forms tab
Here you will see "Select a Template" with many available templates for creating forms in a list below.
3. Locate the first template in the list, 'Blank', and click 'Add' on the far left side of the row.
Here, you'll see a series of sub-tabs that include Fields, Repeat Fields, and more.
4. Under the Configuration tab, you will name your new form, who will be able to access the form, and create what will display on the form. You will also be able to create thank you responses for each submission.
It is important to note, under the 'Live/Inactive section', here you can set when this form becomes live or inactive on your site.
5. Under the Fields tab, you can create the fields you would like on your petition form such as first name, last name, and email. Click the green '+ Field' button to start creating the fields.
Once you save your changes, you'll be all done!
