How to Create a Form in Freedom

Web forms let you collect information from website visitors. This article walks through creating a new form, configuring its settings, and adding fields.

Create a New Form

1. Navigate to the Website application and click Forms.
2. Select the Web Forms tab.
3. In the Select a Template section, locate the Blank template and click Add on the far left of that row.

Configuration Tab

1. Enter your form's name.
2. Set access permissions for the form.
3. Configure the thank you response displayed to visitors after submission.
4. Use the Live/Inactive section to schedule when the form goes live or expires.

Fields Tab

1. Click the green + Field button to add a field to the form.
2. Add fields such as first name, last name, and email.
3. Configure each field as needed.

Save Your Form

1. Review your configuration and fields.
2. Click Save.
