How to Merge Multiple PDFs Into One

Combine multiple PDFs downloaded from Freedom into a single file for printing

Accrisoft Freedom allows you to download multiple pdfs for data like finance reports, invoices, payments, and event registrations.  You may want to combine these PDFs into one file to make it easier to print.  The following are instructions for software outside of Accrisoft Freedom, but should help in your business process.

Instructions for Windows 11:

  • Download the PDF Merger & Splitter software from the Microsoft Store
  • Press the "Get" Button
  • Open the PDF Merge & Splitter software after completing installation
  • Click on the Merge PDF button
  • Click Add PDFs
  • Once your files have been added, click the Merge PDF button towards the bottom right of the screen.
  • Choose where you want the merged pdf to be saved to, and give it a new file name like "All_Invoices_Merged.pdf", then press Save.
  • Your pdfs have now been merged into one file.

Instructions for macOS:

  • Open a Finder window and open the folder containing the PDFs you would like to merge
  • Highlight multiple PDFs that you want to merge and Control-click (or right click) the highlighted files.
  • Hover over the Quick Options menu and select Create PDF
  • This will create a new file within the folder that is ready to be renamed. Rename it something like "All_Invoices_Merged.pdf" and press the return key on the keyboard.
  • You can now open this new pdf file that includes the previously selected pdfs.
