Managed DMARC Configuration

DMARC stands for "Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance." It is an email authentication protocol and policy framework designed to help organizations prevent email spoofing and phishing attacks.

When present, DMARC records are part of a domain's DNS. While Accrisoft does manage DNS for some clients we do not manage or troubleshoot DMARC functionality. This means that we can add or update DMARC records for domains that we manage, but we cannot determine what the content of a customer's DMARC record should be. Likewise, troubleshooting DMARC functionality falls outside of Accrisoft support.

If you need to add or edit a DMARC that is associated with a domain for which Accrisoft controls DNS determine what the record's content should be, then submit a support request containing that information.
