News Module

Understand the functionality behind the different tools in the News module.

News Articles tab

This tab contains news Articles in Lister/Detail format. By default, the tab on load shows the table with all news articles in a table. Clicking the Edit Pencil on an item opens that item in detail view.

Archive tab

This tab contains all news articles whose "Expiration Date" field is in the past. By default, these news articles are not shown in the main news lister (www.example.com/news).

Fields

If you feel the value of a field should be displayed in the front-end but isn't, please submit a support request and one of our team member will help you solve this issue. Your front-end layout may have been custom built during your site launch process and some fields may have been left out as part of a design decision.
