As you engage with your contacts, either in person, on the phone or online, Accrisoft Freedom allows you to log those communications by adding a History item in the Contact Database Module and the Membership Dues Module.
These History Items are associated with the contact and are organized by Category.
You can report on these History Items in the Engagement Module.
In the Operations Application, navigate to the Engagement Module and click on the History Tab.
Here you will find every History Item created across all of your contacts in the Contact Database.
On this page you can use the standard Freedom reporting tools to create reports on the history items.
Click on the Table Setting icon to add condition to your report.
You can find all the History Items for a specific category, such as 'Calls', you can look at all History items within a particular time frame, and all the other report available from a Freedom view.
Don't forget to save your reports for quick and easy access in the future.
