Before submitting a ticket, you may consider trying some quick tests to help narrow down the issue:

1. Can the issue be replicated on multiple computers, and/or multiple mobile devices?

2. Is your problem happening in one browser, or all of them?

3. Try a hard refresh. Instructions here.

 

Here are some tips on how to ensure the smoothest process towards resolving your ticket.

Please provide as much detail as possible on your initial ticket submission. Include details such as:

1. The full web address/URL of the page with the error (if possible).

2. Full screen screenshots.

3. The specific text of any error messages

4. If there is more than one issue, or the issue has multiple steps, use bullet points.
