      What is a 9164XSR error message?

      Error Code: 9164XSR

      This is a form submission error, this occurs when the form was not processed due to the browser session timing out. The timeout limit is set to 15 minutes for security purposes. The next step is to try to submit the form again.

       

      If the issue continues to happen, try the options below:

      • using one of the four major browsers on desktop (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
      • updating to the latest version of your browser
      • updating to the latest version of your computer's operating system
      • using the browser's default settings
      • turning off all plug-in's and extensions
      • filling out the form on an incognito window
