      Form Spam Submissions

      If there are spam submissions coming in from a specific form, there are a few steps to take to prevent this from occurring. 

      1. Check that the form has a reCAPTCHA field. This is how it should be set up in the backend.
      2. Add banned keywords field to flag words that are commonly found in spam submissions. Reach out to Accrisoft's support team for more information to get this set up.
      3. Submit a support ticket with the spam submission information so that the team can block the spammer's IP Address.
      4. Set up Cloudflare. Reach out to the support team for more information on this option.

      Please note that even if all of these are set up, spammers may still find ways to spam the website.
