Form Spam Submissions

If spam submissions are coming through a form on your site, there are several steps you can take to reduce or prevent them. Note that even with all measures in place, some spam may still get through.

1. Confirm the form has a reCAPTCHA field configured. See Adding reCAPTCHA to a form for setup instructions.
2. Add a banned keywords field to flag words commonly found in spam. Contact the Customer Care team for assistance setting this up.
3. Submit a support ticket with details about the spam submission so the team can block the spammer's IP address.
4. Ask the Customer Care team about setting up Cloudflare for additional protection.
