How to Delete a Form Submission

WARNING: Once you delete a form submission, it cannot be recovered.  Please proceed with caution.

You can also export form submissions as a backup before deleting: Exporting Form Submissions Data

In order to delete a form submission:

• Go to the Forms Module > Submissions tab
• Check the box next to the form submission you'd like to delete
• Press the blue Action button towards the top of the list of submissions
• Select Delete from the dropdown
