This article will explain the Web Access feature in Accrisoft Freedom, which allows you to hide specific content from users.
Setting Up Web Access
Web Access is configured in the Web Access Module. If this module is not available in your system, please submit a support ticket to support@accrisoft.com to request it be made available to you.
Within the Web Access Module, you can create various Web Access Restrictions.
Once a restriction is created, you can assign it to specific Member Levels or Member Categories.
After setting up Restrictions, the Web Access field will show that restriction available in several modules, such as Web Pages, Events and Pages under the Web Access setting.
Example: Setting Up a "VIP" Restriction
- Open the Web Access module
- Navigate to the Restrictions tab and create a restriction named "VIP."
- Go to the Categories tab,
- Edit a category, and grant it access to pages with the VIP restriction.
- Add the VIP Web Access restriction to any content you wish to hide from users who do not have this access level.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage content visibility for different user groups in Accrisoft Freedom.
